Conciliation procedure

Then you can submit an application for a conciliation procedure under the Disability Equality Act (BGG). This application can be found at www.schlichtungsstelle-bgg.de.

The conciliation body pursuant to § 16 BGG has the task of settling disputes between persons with disabilities and federal public bodies, in particular on the subject of accessibility, out of court. The conciliation procedure is free of charge. No legal assistance is required.
